I welcome the Court of Appeal’s ruling.
The decision is a great boost to the cause of freedom of assembly as well as expression in Malaysia.
The administration should stop burdening our court system with frivolous, politically-motivated cases and focus on improving governance.
I look forward to continuing to serve the people of my constituency, of Selangor and all Malaysians, especially in the lead-up to the next General Elections.
